Manny Flores Jr.:  

Manny Flores Jr. retired as a narcotic supervisor in charge of the Phoenix Narcotics Undercover squad for the Arizona Department of Public Safety. During his long and varied career, he acquired a broad range of training and experience in crisis management leadership, executive protection and criminal investigation. He developed and commanded the first narcotic squad that devoted its resources and energy pursuing major narcotic drug traffickers "NARCO Terrorist" that continue to wage their war against the United States Government. He successfully supervised over 300 narcotic investigation cases with a high prosecution rate. The Arizona Department of Public Safety training provided the foundation of his executive protection skill, which he used to administer protective operations for a variety of local, national and international officials and dignitaries. His command of the Phoenix narcotics undercover squad gave Manny the opportunity to utilize the investigative and management skills acquired during a distinguished 24 years career, and in 1989 he was named DPS Trooper of the year and is a decorated officer.
